About Sarah

This is the exceptional Sarah Penoli. She has experience and works with teens, young adults, and families. She uses a Cognitive-Behavioral approach and specializes in anxiety, depression, relationships issues, communication, family conflict, and parent consultations.


Sarah is passionate about helping her clients find relief in any struggles they are experiencing as well as assisting all of the staff at Bright Space Therapy. She truly goes the extra mile and we are so lucky to have her!


Sarah is currently a masters level intern. Sarah received her BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University and is currently completing her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University Science Center.   

Sarah is under the supervision of Kylie Henry MS, LPC and has availability after school and on the weekend to accommodate teens busy schedules.

  • Depression, suicidal ideation, and self harm

  • Managing difficult life transitions

  • Relationship issues

  • Family conflict

Types of Therapy:  

  • Adolescent therapy with teens aged 12-19

  • Young adults aged 20-30

  • Life coaching for teens who are psychologically stable and well adjusted but need guidance


  • $80 per individual session/ $100 per family session
