About Sarah

In the counseling room, Sarah works to instill hope and increase self-esteem while clients learn to improve their relationships and help them flourish in their daily lives. She enjoys working with children, teens, young adults, and families

Sarah received her BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University and is currently completing her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University Science Center.

She creates a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to work through the struggles of life and work towards more self-worth, better communication, validation, and growth.

She has worked with clients going through: depression, anxiety, perfectionism, blended families, trauma, and relational distress.

Sarah is under the supervision of Kylie Henry MS, LPC and has availability after school and on the weekend to accommodate your busy schedule.
