Service Description

I hope to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, or depression while improving self esteem, communication, boundary setting, and relationships. I have experience working with clients from all backgrounds and enjoy working with teens and young adults. I have a special interest in working with individuals currently in or recovering from unhealthy relationships and attachment/dating challenges.
