My areas of focus include treating: anxiety in all its forms (avoidance, overthinking, perfectionism, obsessive/compulsive symptoms etc.), depression, low self-esteem, relational trauma, family/relationship issues, life transitions, sexual functioning, and identity development. I specialize in working with teens and adults.
