About Emily Faith
My desire to be a therapist came from my rich background in the performing arts. In both fields, I am drawn to connect, understand and encourage each individual that I encounter.
Being a therapist and an artist, I have a deep desire to co-create with my clients. I enjoy working alongside children, teens and young adults to address and overcome the challenges that they are facing. With a non-judgmental and trauma-informed approach, I work to bring creativity, curiosity, humor, and personal responsibility to the therapeutic relationship.
As a Master's Candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Drama Therapy, I provide a dynamic approach to my work . I practice individualized care for each client, meeting you where you are and moving alongside you towards where you would like to be.
I enjoy working with children and teens on social/emotional skill building, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, life transitions and confidence building through the lens of drama and expressive arts therapy. With adults, I can provide drama therapy as a way to gain deeper insight to relationships, creatively explore options and opportunities, and examine the many roles an individual plays.
